You can expect prompt and fair handling of your requests. Within 30 days of purchase, we will refund or replace merchandise if:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

You write an invoice number on the return label to quickly expedite your refund or credit.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in new condition. Altered or used items will not be refunded.

Original prices will be refunded in the form of payment received or you may exchange for items of equal / lesser value.

Include a brief explanation for the reason of return.
